I guess us old-timers recall the huge July 4th
parades (I marched in a couple as a Jr. High band
member). Seems not many
kids take marching band
anymore, and other than
fireworks, parades are few and far between up this way. This year we had a
unique nation\'s birthday affair...
ahhh yes, BB, i can see the uniqueness of it. and from what she said she is not only a very beautiful gal but one of modesty also. were you able to attend and hear what she had to say?
Most the celebrating up North here in WI on this day is mostly watching other people get drunk and try to push strollers while doing so.. Otherwise there is no parade here far as I know and other such activities except for the bands down town and people trying to sell there wares as they put it. Hope u and dawg are good otherwise..
