Attitudes of the People in Regards to Socialism and Its Link to the Political Parties

Socialism cannot nor will not exist unless the government imposes it on the people.  It will never become the form of economics on a natural foundation.  Free enterprise with all of its perceived shortcomings has always been the economics of the natural order.  The reason being is that both parties of a transaction come away with the feeling that they have profited from the transaction.

Remember that our first President, Geo. Washington defined Government by one single word, force.  And it is this simple word that can help a person to determine if a social program of government is a socialistic program.  Examine how the government is to establish the program and if you find force being used against any segment of society then you have a socialistic program.

Free markets and enterprise is simply this...

individuals, of their own free choice elect to engage in mutually beneficial exchange of goods or services.

As Ayn Rand would say; free traders acting on a free market.

Today we have a mixed economy with it growing ever more socialistic and highly regulated.

A unnatural state of forced compliance to government regulatory controls and manipulation.
