Hmmmmmmmm, you can tell by the muscular build that this must be one of those small town hicks that just happened to go to Iraq instead of getting an education and takes out his frustration by resorting to his guns and religion that Kerry and Obama were referring to.
This just proves you don’t need any education in the art of knowing how to prioritize your needs for a disaster. It appears that a tour in Iraq trains you very well.

we have our check list and no strong drink is on it. we are prepared and are waiting on ike. it will be a long night. we are 90 miles inland but awaiting strong wind as this is a BIG storm
