Well, folks we will hit a milestone for this blog today. At some time during this day, the 10,000th visitor will enter this humble blog. I wish to thank each and every one of you that has visited my blog. I am also very grateful for those of you that consider the blog worthy of becoming regular visitors.
Grandpa was right pleased and a little embarrassed to find out that his little stories were enjoyed by so many of you. Grandma just giggled a bit and then teased grandpa about it but you could see how proud she was too.
A lot of subjects have been discussed, political, religious and of personal matters during this time. I hope that in discussing each of them that I have portrayed a philosophy that can be declared as consistent throughout.
My greatest pride though, is in each of you as you commented on any post that was written. They were respectful and I enjoyed reading and responding to them all, both ally and foe. I have found myself growing very fond of each of you because it was you that made this whole endeavor both, a labor of love and a joy to pursue.

grandma said that grandpa stopped being jealous the day he kicked a guy's butt for flirting with her and ended up sleeping in the barn that night. :)
